Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and BeeBlown Media Private Limited ("we"), which operates Zointy Social. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Zointy Social lets you connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage, schedule posts to them, read their comments and statistics, and connect them to the Claude AI assistant so it can do the same on your instructions. Publishing depends on each network's own systems and rules; we retry failed posts but cannot guarantee that a network accepts or keeps every post.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect accounts you own or have permission to manage, and keep access to your email account secure, since sign-in codes are sent there.
- You are responsible for everything you publish, including posts drafted by the AI assistant that you approve. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, infringing or that breaks a network's rules.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or overload it.
Trials, plans and payment
New workspaces may start with a free trial. Paid plans are prepaid for the period shown at checkout and do not renew automatically; paying again extends your current period. Prices are in Indian rupees and are paid through Razorpay (UPI, cards or netbanking); applicable taxes are shown at checkout where they apply. If a plan lapses, scheduled posts pause until you pay again. Because plans are prepaid and not auto-renewed, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to provide the service.
Limits
Each plan includes a number of social profiles and posts per month. If you exceed them, scheduling pauses until you upgrade or the next month begins.
Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or a network's rules. You can close your account anytime by emailing us; we then delete its data within 30 days.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for a network's decisions about your content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you by email or on the dashboard before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
