Zointy Social is the social media connector for Claude, operated by BeeBlown Media Private Limited ("we") in India. Businesses and agencies ("customers") use it — directly or through the Claude AI assistant — to schedule and publish content to social media accounts they own or manage, and to read their comments and performance data. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Your account
When you sign up we store your name, business name and email address. You sign in with a one-time 6-digit code sent to that email; we store only a scrambled copy of each code for 10 minutes. When you pay, the payment is processed by Razorpay; we receive the payment status and reference, never your card, UPI or bank details.
Social accounts you connect
- Facebook and Instagram (Meta): the Pages, Instagram professional accounts and businesses you choose to share, their posts, comments and insights, and your name and profile picture.
- YouTube (Google): your channel details, videos, comments and analytics, and permission to upload and update videos you choose to publish.
- Google Business Profile: your business locations, reviews, posts and performance metrics.
- LinkedIn: your name, email and permission to publish posts you create.
- Content you upload (images and videos) so that it can be published at the scheduled time.
How we use it
Only to do what you ask the service to do: publish or schedule your posts, reply to comments and reviews, and show your own account information and statistics on the dashboard or to the AI assistant you connect. We do not use the data for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
Storage and security
Each customer's access tokens, settings and post schedule are stored in a separate, private area on our servers, outside the public web folder. Dashboards require a one-time email code to sign in and are served only over HTTPS. Our staff access a customer's workspace only to provide support you ask for. Uploaded media is stored on the same server so the platforms can fetch it when publishing.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data. Data is sent only to the platform it belongs to (for example, a post is sent to Instagram when you publish it there), and to our payment processors for billing.
Google user data
Zointy Social’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube data is accessed through the YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Deleting your data
Click Disconnect on any account in the dashboard to delete its stored tokens immediately. You can also remove the app’s access at any time from your Facebook business integrations, Google account permissions or LinkedIn permitted services. To close your account and delete all of its data, email us from your account address; we do this within 30 days.
